In Sam's Name launched its Cut the Stigma Project to give free Mental Health First Aid Training aimed at Barbers, Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists and Hospitality staff. 

The aim of this project is to give the above professionals the tools to open conversations regarding a person's mental health that are a regular client. Sensing that everything may not be what it seems by picking up on signs that would have been learnt in the free training.

The training is delivered by Neil Lee Training and is equivalent to Mental Health First Aid Level 2 Training. The course is an online E-learning course that takes 90 minutes to complete, but can be completed at the delegates leisure.
