In Sam's Name and Ashfield Spartans Boxing Academy have collaborated to bring the Ashfield area a free Boxing Train & Talk session that are to be fortnightly, starting on Thursday 13th June at 18.30 - 19.30. With a chance to talk about any current struggle or just to meet like minded people to exercise for free.

Learn Boxing footwork, drills and technique. No sparring but padwork drills.
