In Sam's Name and Ashfield Spartans Boxing Academy have collaborated to bring the Ashfield area a free Boxing Train & Talk session. With a chance to talk about any current struggle or just to meet like minded people to exercise for free for both males and females.

Learn Boxing footwork, bag and pad work drills and technique. No sparring
