In Sam's Name raised awareness over the weekend of 8th  - 10th September to coincide with World Suicide Prevention Day on 10th September 2023 by organising Information pop up stands and music events at The Kingfisher, Retford with The Guv'nor, The Fuggles Chapter 1 in Worksop with Jamie Fox, The Dandy Cock Ale House in Kirkby in Ashfield with Martin Carey and Nick Morland and The Pit Micropub in Newstead with Jack Scrimshaw. There were also 2 walks on the Saturday and Sunday at Brierley Forest, Huthwaite and Kilton Forest in Worksop respectively.
